Whenever an order is fulfilled/shipped,
1. a new tracking email containing the tracking number and tracking link is sent. It may go to your spambox sometimes.
2. login to your account > order history > click on your order number > copy the tracking number and click "Track Shipment" to track your order on the tracking site.
Typically, your order is fulfilled within 1-2 days from Monday - Friday.
If you did not get the above after 7 days, please drop us an email.
